إن وزير العدل،

بناء على المرسوم رقم 11217 تاريخ 15/2/2014،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 65 تاريخ 9/9/1983(نظام الخبراء ووكلاء التفليسة ومراقبي الصلح الاحتياطي)،

بناء على الطلب المقدم من صاحب العلاقة المسجل برقم 2998/ق تاريخ 4/7/2016،

بناء على موافقة مجلس القضاء الأعلى بتاريخ 25/7/2016،

يقرر ما يأتي:
