إن شركة الملتقى للطباعة والنشر والخدمات الإعلامية المساهمة تابعة المسجلة بتاريخ 7/11/2008، تحت رقم 2481 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الأجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (مكتب تمثيل)،

قد صرحت بتاريخ 30/11/2016، بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 15118/2016، بأنها قد قررت تعيين السيد/ د. عبد الباري علي العروسي مفوضاً بالتوقيع منفرداً على جميع المستندات المتعلقة بفتح وتشغيل الحسابات المصرفية المتعلقة بمكتب تمثيل الشركة في لبنان، وعلى وجه الخصوص لدى مصرف شمال إفريقيا التجاري ش.م.ل. (بيروت - لبنان)، وإلغاء التوقيعات السابقة. وذلك بموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس إدارة الشركة المنعقد في 15/4/2015.

وإشعاراً بذلك أعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
