إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020، (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 212/ب تاريخ 23/1/2020،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية وادي شحرور السفلى ــ قضاء بعبدا ــ محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين اعلاه.
