إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020، (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على كتاب محافظ عكار رقم 1446/ب تاريخ 20/12/2019،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية حرار ــ محافظة عكار منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين اعلاه.

تعدل الـمادة الثانية من القرار رقم 342 تاريخ 4/3/2020 الـمتعلق بحل مجلس بلدية حرار ــ محافظة عكار، لتصبح على الشكل التالي:

ـ يتولى امين السر العام في محافظة عكار القيام بمهام مجلس بلدية حرار بدلا من محافظ عكار حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

والباقي دون تعديل.
