إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة محافظ لبنان الشمالي رقم 249/إ تاريخ 11/2/2020،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عيّـن السيد غسان طانيوس طانيوس ابي خطار، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سناً في بلدة كفرحي مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد يوسف اميل بولس وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
