إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020، (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على كتاب محافظ البقاع رقم 4316/ب تاريخ 10/12/2019،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يعتبر مجلس بلدية العقبة ــ قضاء راشيا ــ محافظة البقاع منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين أعلاه.

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام راشيا القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية العقبة حتى انتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
