ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020، (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 498/ب تاريخ 26/4/2021،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُـيّن السيد ناجي رشيد الـمصري، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سنا في بلدة القلعه ــ قضاء بعبدا، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد سامي رشيد الأعور وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
