إن وزير الزراعة،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 6157 تاريخ 21/1/2020 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على الـمرسوم الاشـتـراعـي رقـم 97 تـاريـخ 16/9/1983 (دمج مؤسسات عامة بوزارة الزراعة وإعادة تنظيم هذه الوزارة(،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 5246 تاريخ 20/6/1994 (تنظيم وزارة الزراعة( لاسيما الـمواد 98 وما يليها،

بناء على القانون رقم 558 تاريخ 24/7/1996 (قانون حماية الغابات(،

بناء على القرار رقم 1049 تاريخ 29/3/1949 (توزيع مناطق الغابات(،

بناء على كتاب اتحاد بلديات الضنية رقم 41/2018 تاريخ 3/4/2018،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تلحق احراج بلدتي ديرنبوح وكفرحبو بمركز احراج سير الضنية كونهما يتبعان اداريا لقضاء الضنية.

المادة 2

ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
