إن وزير الإعلام,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر بتاريخ 14/9/1962 وتعديلاته،

بناء على شهادة التسجيل لدى أمانة السجل التجاري في بعبدا تحت رقم 2061146 تاريخ 21/6/2021 بإسم "دار سكولا"

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد انطوان موريس الشرتوني، والمسجل تحت رقم 682 تاريخ 5/7/2021 (طلب الترخيص بإنشاء الدار(،

بناء على إقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يمنح السيد انطوان موريس الشرتوني اللبناني الجنسية، ترخيصا بإنشاء دار نشر بإِسم «دار سكولا» يتحمل مسؤوليتها بنفسه.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
