إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الإختيارية الصادر في 27/11/19 وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 322/ب تاريخ 6/3/2023،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي :

المادة 1

عُين السيد وجيه نجيب فياض، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سناً في بلدة الـمطيلب، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد انطوان داود النفيلي وذلك حتى إتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
