إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 291/ب تاريخ 27/3/2023،

بناء على نص الـمادتين 23 و24 من الـمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات) وتعديلاته،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي :

المواد

المادة 1

يُعتبر مجلس بلدية معاصر الشوف ــ قضاء الشوف ــ محافظة جبل لبنان منحلا حكما للسبب الـمبين أعلاه،

المادة 2

يتولى قائمقام الشوف القيام بأعمال مجلس بلدية معاصر الشوف حتى إنتخاب مجلس بلدي جديد.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
