ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الإختيارية الصادر في 27/11/19 وتعديلاته،

بناء على إحالة امين سر عام محافظة لبنان الشمالي بالتكليف رقم 230/إ تاريخ 2/3/2023،

بناء على إقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي :

عُين السيد جوزاف وجيه فنيانس، باعتباره الخاسر الوحيد في بلدة زغرتا/ حي السيدة الشرقي، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد سايد جرجس الـمكاري وذلك حتى إتمام مدة الولاية.
