إن وزير الداخلية والبلديات،

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة)،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/19وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب امين سر عام محافظة لبنان الشمالي بالتكليف رقم 181/إ تاريخ 23/2/2023،

بناء على إقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين،

يقرر ما يأتي :

المادة 1

عُين السيد حافظ حسين خليل، باعتباره العضو الإختياري الأكبر سناً في بلدة دير بلا، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد الياس حنا صعب وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
