المادة 85
(عدلت بموجب قانون منفذ بمرسوم 58/1982 )
واجبات الموظف المؤقت:
1- تطبق على الموظف الموقت احكام المادتين 14 و15 المتعلقتين بواجبات الموظف الدائم.
2- اذا اخل الموظف الموقت بواجباته, فرضت عليه بقرار من الوزير او المدير العام عقوبة التأنيب او حسم الراتب لمدة لا تجاوز عشرة ايام, او فرضت عليه بقرار من الوزير عقوبة الصرف من الخدمة .
3- تطبق على الموظف الموقت احكام المادة 61 المتعلقة بالمسؤولية الجزائية والمادة 62 المتعلقة بالمسؤولية المدنية.
4- ينقل الموظف الموقت بقرار من الوزير او من الموظف الذي يفوضه الوزير بذلك, حتى ولو استدعي النقل تغيير مقر العمل.
