: تثبت حقوق الانتفاع بالاستناد الى الوثائق الرسمية او بوسائل الاثبات المنصوص عليها في المادتين 37 و38 من القرار رقم 186 الصادر في 15 اذار سنة 1926 والمعدل بالقرار رقم 44/ل ر تاريخ 20/4/1932 .
