المادة 47
ان تحديد حقوق الانتفاع الجارية على بعض غابات الدولة بصفتها اراضي محرجة متروكة او مرفقة وكذلك الاعتراف النهائي بهذه الحقوق يجريان ضمن الشروط ووفقا للاصول المعينة في المادتين 42 و43 السابقتين .
