اذا وقع خلاف على اساس حقوق من هذا النوع او قوامها فيمكن البلدية او لجنة القرية ذات العلاقة بالامر ان تراجع في الخلاف مجلس الشورى في مدة سنة من تاريخ نشر المرسوم .
