ان الغرامات العائدة للدولة المستوفاة عن المخالفات الحرجية وكذلك الغرامات المستوفاة عن مخالفة احكام القوانين والانظمة الزراعية تدفع امانة لصندوق الخزينة باسم وزارة الزراعة لصرفها في سبيل التحريج العام بمعرفة اللجنة المنصوص عليها في المادة 89
