مادة 6: يزاد معدل الفوائد المنصوص عنها في المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 17 تاريخ 25/3/1983 المعدل بالمرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 117 تاريخ 16/9/1983 من 12 الى 25 % في الحالات المنصوص عليها فيهما والتي يخالف فيها المقترض احكام هذا القانون او احكام المرسومين الاشتراعيين المذكورين.
