المادة 49

يقصد بالواردات غير الصافية مجموع الرواتب والاجور والتخصيصات والتعويضات والجوائز والاكراميات والمنافع النقدية والعينية، وفي حال تم تخفيض تلك الرواتب وملحقاتها لوجود مبرر قانوني او بسبب تخفيض ساعات العمل تحتسب الضريبه وتسدد على اساس المبلغ المخفض
تحدد دقائق تطبيق هذه المادة عند الاقتضاء بموجب قرار يصدر عن وزير المالية.

تعدل المادة 49 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 144 تاريخ12/6/1959 وتعديلاته (قانون ضريبة الدخل) بحيث تصبح كما يلي:
