الغيت جميع القوانين والانظمة المخالفة لاحكام هذا القانون والتي لا تتفق مع مضمونه.
Art. 114. Sont abrogées toutes dispositions de lois ou de règlements contraires à la présente loi ou incompatibles avec sa teneur.
