المادة 36
يجب ان يمنح جميع الاجراء راحة اسبوعية لا تقل عن 36 ساعة بدون انقطاع.
لرب العمل ان يختار يوم هذه الراحة وان يوزعها بين الاجراء حسب مقتضيات العمل.
Art. 36. Il doit être accordé à tous les salariés un repos hebdomadaire qui ne peut pas être inférieur à trente-six heures ininterrompues. L'employeur peut choisir le jour de ce repos ou le répartir entre les salariés suivant les nécessités du travail.
