المادة 74
(عدلت بموجب قانون 490 / 1996 ) (عدلت بموجب قانون 14 / 1990 )
يفرض على كل من يخالف أحكام المادة 38 من هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي المتعلقة بالترخيص بصنع الآلات الواسمة واستيرادها وبيعها والاتجار بها, غرامة قدرها /250000/ مايتين وخمسين الف ليرة لبنانية غير قابلة التسوية, وتصادر الآلات الواسمة المخالفة وتصبح حقا مكتسبا للخزينة دون أن يكون لصاحب العلاقة اي حق بالبدل او التعويض.

تعدل قيمة الغرامات الواردة في المواد 70 و71 و72 و73 و74 و76 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67 تاريخ 5/8/1967 (قانون رسم الطابع المالي وتعديلاته) بحيث تصبح قيمة كل منها خمسة وعشرين الف ليرة لبنانية.

عدلت قيمة الغراما الواردة في المواد 70-71-72-73 و74 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 67 تاريخ 05/08/1967 وتعديلاته (رسم الطابع المالي) واصبحت قيمة كل منها /250000/ مايتين وخمسين الف ليرة لبنانية.
