المادة 3
تحدد المهن التي تمارس الاعمال المنصوص عليها في المادة الاولى من هذا المرسوم كما يلي:
1- مهنة صنع الاسمدة تعني انتاجها من مواد طبيعية او كيماوية اولية بحيث يكون للمادة المصنوعة خصائص السماد.
2- مهنة توضيب الاسمدة تعني وضعها في عبوات خاصة.
3- مهنة استيراد الاسمدة تعني استيرادها وبيعها بالجملة.
4- مهنة بيع الاسمدة تعني بيعها من العموم وذلك ضمن عبواتها الاصلية ودون تجزئة.
