المادة 83

على المقرر ان يقدم تقريره الى رئيس المجلس التاديبي خلال شهر واحد من تاريخ ايداعه ملف القضية, وعلى المجلس ان يبت بالقضية خلال شهر على الاكثر من تاريخ ايداعه تقرير المقرر.
