المادة 195

تضع مصلحة المحاسبة العامة كل سنة:
- قطع حساب الموازنة الذي يجب تقديمه الى ديوان المحاسبة قبل 15 اب من السنة التي تلي سنة الموازنة.
- حساب المهمة العام الذي يجب تقديمه الى ديوان المحاسبة قبل اول ايلول من السنة التي تلي سنة الحساب .
- يبدأ تنظيم حساب المهمة العام ابتداء من حساب السنة التي يبدأ فيها تطبيق التصميم العام للحسابات الملحوظ في المادة 163 من هذا القانون.

مادة 1: تمدد المهل المنصوص عنها في المادة 195 من قانون المحاسبة العمومية المعدلة بالقانون رقم 65/66 تاريخ 2/9/1966 لجهة ايداع ديوان المحاسبة قطع الحساب وحساب المهمة العام وفقا لما يلي: - قطع حساب موازنة عام 1975 قبل 30/11/1977 - حساب المهمة العام لسنة 1975 قبل 31/12/1977 - قطع الحساب وحساب المهمة العام لسنة 1976 قبل 30/4/1978. - قطع الحساب وحساب المهمة العام لسنة 1977 قبل 30/11/1978.
