مادة 1: تعدل المادة 69 من المرسوم 3950 الصادر بتاريخ 27 نيسان سنة 1960 بالنسبة الى موظفي مكتب البرق المركزي باضافة الفقرة التالية: "لا تشمل هذه المادة موظفي مكتب البرق المركزي في المديرية العامة لللبرق والهاتف وتطبق عليهم احكام المادة 34 من هذا المرسوم".
