مادة 2: تنشأ مصلحة للتعاون في وزارة الزراعة ترتبط مباشرة بالمدير العام ويحدد ملاك هذه المصلحة وشروط التعيين في وظائف هذا الملاك وفقا للجدولين رقم 1 و2 المرفقين بهذا القانون.
