المادة 44

يمكن ان يفرض الضمان الاجباري ضد بعض الاخطار لا سيما الخطر العائد للفرع الرابع والمنصوص عنه في المادة 275 من قانون السير, في احوال وشروط تحدد بمراسيم تتخذ في هذا الصدد في مجلس الوزراء بناء على اقتراح وزير الاقتصاد الوطني وبعد استطلاع رأي المجلس الوطني للضمان.
