ان الانشاآت الجديدة او الانشاآت الاضافية المعدة لسكن مالكيها تخمن تخمينا مستقلا, وتراعى في تخمينها بدلات الايجار التي تكون سارية وقت انجازها.

تلغى المادة 29 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 55 تاريخ 24/6/943 ويستبدل بها النص التالي:
