المادة 91
على قلم المحكمة ان يبين بالتفصيل على محضر المحاكمة وعلى صورة الحكم الصالحة للتنفيذ جميع الرسوم والنفقات المثبتة قانونا سواء كانت تعوى للمحكوم له او للخزينة ويجب ايضا بيان جميع الرسوم والنفقات في ذيل الاوراق التي تبرزها الحكومة والدوائر المعفاة بمقتضى احكام المادة 80 من هذا القانون او تطلبها بصفتها احد المتداعين
