المادة 190
يكون الخطأ اذا نجم الفعل الضار عن الاهمال او قلة الاحتراز او عدم مراعاة الشرائع والانظمة.
Art. 190: Il y a faute lorsque le fait dommageable a ete le resultat de la negligence, de l'imprudence ou de l'inobservation des lois ou reglements.
