المادة 32
لا تبيح الاسترداد الجرائم الداخلة في نطاق صلاحية الشريعة اللبنانية الاقليمية والذاتية والشخصية كما حددتها المواد ال 15 الى ال 17, ونهاية الفقرة الاولى من المادة ال 18 والمواد ال 19 الى ال 21
Art. 32: Ne puevent donner lieu a extradition les infractions rentrant dans la competence territoriale, reelle ou personnelle de la loi libanaise ainsi qu'elle est determinee par les articles 15 a 17, 18- 1 in fine et 19 a 21.
