المادة 319

من اذاع باحدى الوسائل المذكورة في الفقرتين الثانية والثالثة من المادة ال 209 وقائع ملفقة او مزاعم كاذبة لاحداث التدني في اوراق النقد الوطنية او لزعزعة الثقة في متانة نقد الدولة وسنداتها وجميع الاسناد ذات العلاقة بالثقة المالية العامة يعاقب بالحبس من ستة اشهر الى ثلاث سنوات وبالغرامة من خمسماية الف ليرة الى مليوني ليرة.
ويمكن فضلا عن ذلك ان يقضى بنشر الحكم.

المادة 21- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 319 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من خمسماية الف ليرة الى مليوني ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من 2500 ليرة الى 000 10 ليرة".
