المادة 344
كل رب عمل او رئيس مشروع وكل مستخدم او عامل رفض او ارجأ تنفيذ قرار التحكيم او اي قرار اخر صادر عن احدى محاكم العمل عوقب بالحبس من شهرين الى سنة.
Art. 344: tout patron ou chef d'entrepris, tout employe ou travai- lleur qui aura refuse ou differe d'executer la sentence d'arbitrage ou toute autre decision emanant d'une juridiction du travail, sera puni de deux mois a un an d'emprisonnement.
