المادة 356
كل شخص من الاشخاص المشار اليهم في المادة 351 يقبل باجر غير واجب عن عمل قد سبق اجراؤه من اعمال وظيفته او مهمته يعاقب بالحبس من شهر الى سنة وبغرامة اقلها ضعفا قيمة ما قبل به.
Art. 356: Toute personne de la qualite visee a l'article 351 qui aura accepte une retribution non due pour un acte de sa fonction ou de sa mission deja accompli, sera puni d'un mois a un an d'emprisonnement et d'une amende egale au double de la valeur acceptee.
