المادة 44
اذا لم ينطو القانون على نص خاص كان الحد الادنى للحكم بالاشغال الشاقة الموقتة والاعتقال الموقت والابعاد والاقامة الجبرية والتجريد المدني ثلاث سنوات والحد الاعلى خمس عشر سنة.
Art. 44: Sauf dispisition speciale de la loi, les travaux forces a temps, la detention, a temps le banissement, la residence forcee et la degradation civique sont prononcee pour trois ans au moins et quinze ans au plus
