يعاقب بالعقوبة نفسها من ابرز وهو عالم بالامر وثيقة مقلدة او محرفة او منظمة على وجه يخالف الحقيقة ومعدة لان تكون اساسا اما لحساب الضرائب او الرسوم او غير ذلك من العوائد المتوجبة للدولة او لاحدى الادارات العامة واما للمراقبة القانونية على اعمال المجرم المتعلقة بمهنته.
Sera puni des memes peines celui qui aura produit, en connaissance de cause, un document contrefait, altere, ou etabli contrairement a la verite et devant servir de base soit au calcul de l'impot, des droits, et autres constributions dues a l'Etat ou a une administration publique, soit au controle legal de l'activite professionnelle du coupable.
