المادة 501

ان الاب والام اللذين يتركان في حالة احتياج ولدهما الشرعي او غير الشرعي او ولدا تبنياه سواء رفضا تنفيذ موجب الاعالة الذي يقع على عاتقهما او اهملا الحصول على الوسائل التي تمكنهما من قضائه يعاقبان بالحبس مع التشغيل ثلاثة اشهر على الاكثر وبغرامة لا تتجاوز المايتي الف ليرة.

المادة 70- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 501 على النحو الاتي:
"وبغرامة لا تتجاوز المايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة لا تتجاوز الالف ليرة".
