المادة 572
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
يعاقب بالتوقيف التكديري او بغرامة لا تجاوز المئة الف ليرة من تسلل بواسطة الكسر او العنف على الاشخاص الى اماكن تخص الغير وليست مباحة للجمهور, او مكث فيها على الرغم من ارادة من له الحق في اقصائه.
ولا يلاحق المجرم الا بناء على شكوى الفريق المتضرر.

المادة 85- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 572 على النحو الاتي:
"بغرامة لا تجاوز المئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "بغرامة لا تجاوز الخمسمائة ليرة".
