المادة 590
كل حريق او محاولة حريق غير ما ذكر اقترف بقصد الحاق ضررا مادي بالغير او جر مغنم غير مشروع للفاعل او لآخر يعاقب عليه بالحبس والغرامة.
Art. 590: Tout autre incendie ou tentative d'incendie commis dans l'intention de causer un prejudice materiel a autrui, ou de procurer a soi-meme ou a un tiers un avantage illegitime, sera puni d'emprisonnement et d'amende.
