مادة 656: تضاعف العقوبة اذا ارتكب الجرم في احدى الحالات الاتية:
1- بحجة تأمين وظيفة او عمل في ادارة عمومية,
2- بفعل شخص يلتمس من العامة مالا لاصدار اسهم او سندات او غيرها من الوثائق لشركة او لمشروع ما.
3- بفعل اي مفوض بالتوقيع عن شركة او جمعية او مؤسسة او اي شخص معنوي آخر.
