المادة 657

كل من استغل احتياجات او عدم خبرة او اهواء قاصر دون الثامنة عشرة من عمره او مجذوب او معتوه فحمله على اجراء عمل قانوني من شأنه الاضرار بمصالحه او مصالح الغير, عوقب بالحبس من شهرين الى سنتين وبغرامة توازي قيمة الضرر ولا تنقص عن خمسين الف ليرة.

المادة 112- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 657 على النحو الاتي:
"وبغرامة توازي قيمة الضرر ولا تنقص عن خمسين الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة توازي قيمة الضرر ولا تنقص عن مئتين وخمسين ليرة".
