المادة 749

من اقدم قصدا على تلويث نبع او ماء يشرب منه الغير يعاقب بالحبس من سنة الى ثلاث سنوات وبالغرامة من خمسين الف الى ستماية الف ليرة.

المادة 148- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 749 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من خمسين الف الى ستماية الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من مئتين وخمسين الى ثلاثة الاف ليرة".
