المادة 750
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 ) (عدلت بموجب مرسوم إشتراعى 112/1983 )
يعاقب بالحبس حتى ستة اشهر وبالغرامة من مئة الف الى مليون ليرة او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين من اقدم على:
1- تخريب الساحات والطرق العامة او تعيينها,
2- نزع اللوحات والارقام الموضوعة في منعطفات الشوارع او على الابنية والعلامات الكيلومترية والصوى او تخريبها او تعيينها.

مادة 47: تعدل العقوبة فقط بالمواد 750 و 751 و752 وتستبدل بالحبس حتى ستة اشهر وبالغرامة من 500 الى 5000 ليرة او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين.

المادة 149- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 750 على النحو الآتي:
"وبالغرامة من مئة الف الى مليون ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من 500 الى 5000 ليرة".
