يعلق العمل, فيما خص المدارس الخاصة واعتبارا من نهاية العام الدراسي 1975/1976 باحكام المادة الثانية من القانون المنفذ بالمرسوم رقم 3251 تاريخ 17/5/1972 , المتضمنة حظر تعيين مدرسين من غير حملة الشهادة التعليمية الاولى. يترك للحكومة, بمرسوم يتخذ في مجلس الوزراء, تحديد موعد العودة الى العمل بشرط الشهادة التعليمية الاولى لتعيين المدرسين في المدارس الخاصة.
