المادة 428
يستهدف لفرض جزاء نقدي قدره مليون ليرة لبنانية:
عدم تقديم الفاتورة الاصلية المحددة في المادة 28 أو عدم تقديم صورة طبق الأصل عنها مصادق عليها من الجهة التي أصدرتها مع الاحتفاظ, عند الاقتضاء, بتطبيق العقوبات المفروضة في حال تقديم البيانات الكاذبة او المستندات الكاذبة.
