المادة 49
1 - خلافا لكل نص او اتفاق سابق، يتحمل المستأجر كامل نفقات الاصلاحات غير المشتركة الخاصة بالمأجور.
2 - كل اتفاق خطي يجري بين شاغلي ثلاثة ارباع الاقسام المعدة للايجار او لاشغالها من قبل المالك بشأن اعفاء المالك من تأدية كل او بعض الخدمات المشتركة يكون ملزما للمالك ولجميع المستأجرين.
