مادة 1: تمدد حتى 31/12/1985 مهلة تسوية المخالفات الحاصلة على الخطوط الهاتفية والتلكسية المذكورة في المادة الثامنة من المرسوم رقم 4276 تاريخ 27/8/1981 عن الفترة الواقعة بين عام 1975 وحتى تاريخ 22/8/1985.
