المادة 1

مادة 1: يحدث رسم جمركي خاص يدعى "رسم اقامة" يستوفى مقابل اعطاء قسائم الاستيراد الموقت للسيارات المسجلة في سوريا والداخلة الى لبنان.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يحدد معدل الرسم المشار اليه في المادة السابقة بقرار من المجلس الاعلى للجمارك.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا المرسوم التشريعي فور تعليقه على باب السراي وينشر ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
